Some time ago, Walcraft’s sales manager, Brian Nightingale, finished serving an eight-year prison sentence. Upon his release, he returned to Grass Valley, CA. Determined to never be like the the reckless young man he once was, Brian entered into Project HEART and surrounded himself with others who were choosing to change. His determination landed him a job for minimum wage mucking horse stalls.
It was not his dream job, but for a man with a record, he was thankful to have a job. His hard work and dedication to change was apparent to Sean, Walcraft’s CEO, who met Brian through Project HEART. Sean hired Brian as a laborer for his home developing business. After some time it became evident to Sean that Brian was not okay with just being a laborer. Although Brian was very thankful for the opportunity, he was inwardly driven for more. As their relationship developed, Sean was able to see that Brian was a man to be trusted and to build a business with. Sean is personally honored to call him a very close friend, brother, and sales manager.
