Walcraft’s Wholesale Program paves the way for rock bottom wholesale pricing on top quality RTA (unassembled) cabinets.

Terms of Service:

Ordering

Our wholesale program is an order only program designed to provide trade professionals with true wholesale pricing. You may email your complete order list to your Walcraft representative for a quote. You will also have access to our online wholesale ordering platform.

Orders usually take (3) business days to process.

We encourage you to triple check all your orders to make sure that everything you need is on them. If an order is missing items, a new order will need to be placed. We will do whatever we can to get your items shipped out as quickly as possible.

This can often be avoided by making sure you have enough moldings, fillers, scribe, toe kick, etc. on your order.

As this is an order only program Walcraft Cabinetry is not responsible for missing items, design issues, or improper measurements resulting in installation issues.

Payment

All orders must be prepaid in advance by credit card. Walcraft Cabinetry does not, and will not, offer terms.

Shipping

Wholesale customers are responsible for handling the shipping of their orders. Walcraft Cabinetry will notify you by email that your order has been processed and is ready to ship. We will also provide you with the proper documentation to do so.

The customer will also be responsible to procure and pay the shipping costs for any and all replacement items resulting for shipping damages.

Replacements & Damages

All damage must be reported before the cabinet has been assembled. We will need a picture of the damaged item, as well as details about the exact cabinet that has damage. For instance, we need to know that a B24 drawer front has damage, and not a 7 ¼” x 23 ⅝” drawer front has damage.

Walcraft Cabinetry is not responsible for shipping damage. All received orders will need to be inspected on your end and any shipping damage will need to be noted on your bill of lading and a claim will need to be filed with your shipping company.

Replacements will not be provided free of charge if the cabinet has already been assembled, or the damage was shipping related. Replacements can be purchased and shipped at your expense.

Replacements resulting from either manufacturing or shipping issues are processed and ready to ship within (3-5) business days after the replacement order has been placed. All shipping costs will need to be paid by you before the replacements are shipped.

Returns

All returns must be in their original packaging and properly prepared for return shipping. If the items have not been properly palletized and incur damage, the damaged items will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will need to notify Walcraft Cabinetry immediately about the return and the reason why the items are being returned. The returned items must be processed within two weeks of their arrival. All shipping of returns will need to be procured and paid for by you.

Design Services

Kitchen design services are available if needed. The initial design cost is $200 – $300 depending on the scale. All changes will require a $50 payment to proceed. This design will include a floor plan, wall elevations, and 3d renderings. This service usually takes 24-48 hrs to complete.

We also offer full CGI design services for an additional $300 for a one image design. Revisions can be purchased for $100 each.

The CGI design service is a lifelike rendering that can feature everything in your customers kitchen. This service usually takes 5-10 working days. To create this image, we will need details and pictures of your customers:

  • Backsplash & Grout Color
  • Flooring
  • Countertops
  • Cabinet handles
  • Light fixtures
  • Sink
  • Faucet
  • Wall color
  • A before picture of their kitchen (we use this to match windows, doors, hallways, etc.)

Professional Verification

To open your account we need to verify your company. You can provide us with any of these items to do so:

  • Business License
  • Contractors License
  • Website and Matching Email Address
  • Copy/Picture of Your Business Card
